Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader to assist our respective teams at Community Services #1. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our Forrest Early Childhood Education and Care Centre.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading and mentoring team members, providing direction and supervision, and developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum-based experiences and activities.
You will also be responsible for maintaining records of observations for individual children, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for program planning and assessment.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Diploma in Children Services (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and have relevant teaching experience. You must also be able to communicate positively and effectively with children and their families, delivering stimulating educational programs based on the needs and interests of the children in your care.
