Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Support Specialist or Recovery Coach to join our team in [location]. As a key member of our community outreach programs, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized support plans, promote independence, and foster a sense of community.
About the Role

You will work independently, with the support of your supervisor and colleagues, to provide one-on-one mentoring, assist with daily tasks, and facilitate access to community resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide one-on-one mentoring, guidance, and encouragement to promote independence and skill development
- Facilitate access to community resources, including healthcare services, education, and employment opportunities
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of program initiatives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A strong understanding of mental health principles and recovery-focused practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh school diploma or equivalent required; degree in social work or related field preferredWhat We Offer
