The Job Description

This role involves assisting the regional bid management team as the Bid Coordinator. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing materials to support tenders, bids, and related reporting.
  • Supporting the team in various business development projects, including tender preparation and contract management.
  • Maintaining the Customer Relations System (CRM) to ensure seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Managing the library of documents for tenders and bids, ensuring timely access to essential information.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar role, working with tenders submissions and contract management.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills with intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to interface within a team environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, Communications, or Economics, or relevant industry experience.
