Purchasing & Inventory Manager

Purchasing and Administration Coordinators play a vital role in procurement processes across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong understanding of inventory systems.
Job Responsibilities:- Collate, quantify, and order vehicle accessories for fleet clients in line with national order intake
- Assist sales representatives in researching suppliers and products relevant to client needs
- Coordinate staff resources and adapt work as required to manage procurement effectively
- Maintain inventory system integrity, including pricing and part supersession
- Support the coordination of quarterly national stocktakes to ensure accuracy
- Work with production and sales teams to implement best ordering practices
- Lead change management processes for new systems related to inventory control
- Oversee all aspects of parts ordering nationally
Requirements:
• Excellent supplier-facing and internal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of the automotive vehicle accessory industry is highly favorable
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Understanding of parts distribution and supply is beneficial
• Experience leading projects from start to implementation
• Proficiency in maintaining ERP or MRP systems and possessing strong organization skills, along with excellent attention to detail
