Corporate Lawyer Specialist

About the Opportunity:

Seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to provide expert legal advice and support clients across multiple industries.

The Role:
  • Collaborate with various businesses to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, mitigate risks, and contribute to overall client success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal counsel on commercial matters including corporate, intellectual property, marketing compliance, technology, and data privacy.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve client objectives.
  • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • A qualified lawyer with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
  • Previous experience working in-house or for a reputable law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
