Job Title: Service Delivery Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations to achieve performance, compliance, and quality objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Support workforce recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage contract administration, reporting, and compliance activities.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Promote innovation, process improvements, and cost optimisation opportunities.

As a Service Delivery Leader, you will work closely with the Contract Manager to lead day-to-day operations, strengthen customer relationships, and create opportunities for growth while ensuring team safety, engagement, and support.

Requirements:
  • Understanding of maritime environments.
  • Experience in contract management or Defence industry roles.
  • Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of contract law, governance, finance, and risk analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
