Client Support Specialist

We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our specialist Wealth division. As a key member of our national team of experts, you will connect with clients and Financial Advisors, helping to resolve their issues quickly and with empathy.

  • You will work alongside and communicate with Financial Advisors to assist with the delivery of financial products and services.
  • You will utilize our advanced systems to manage communication via live chat and phone calls.

Your ability to ask insightful questions and provide effective solutions will help resolve client issues in real-time. You will also identify and escalate issues to supervisors, look for opportunities to improve our best practice guides, and direct queries to support teams as needed.

About the Role

This is a role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. If you have experience in wealth management, superannuation, or related fields within a contact centre environment, we encourage you to apply.
