Job Title: Regional Operations Coordinator Homelessness

We are seeking a values driven individual to join our team as a Regional Operations Coordinator, who will be part of a collaborative leadership team providing support to the operations of the Melbourne Metro region.

The successful candidate will enable program staff to provide support to people experiencing homelessness with a history of trauma, disadvantage, mental health, AOD and health issues.

  • Oversee regional maintenance register and develop planned maintenance schedules for four 24/7 sites including three residential sites annually.
  • Oversee regional risk management register.
  • Implement risk management strategies and monitor them.
  • Maintain accurate up to date client records and data for all catering service clients in accordance with TSA standards and procedures using TSA information systems to meet funding and service agreements.
  • Prepare monthly reporting.
  • Promote a culture where all program staff foster and focus on opportunities for innovative and flexible responses to customer need.
  • Identify service gaps and make recommendations for service delivery improvements to the regional manager.

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • A relevant business qualification such as degree in business administration.
  • Experience in project management and change management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience of work health and safety standards and legislation.
  • Knowledge of relevant standard and accreditation processes (desirable).
  • Advanced computer skills including experience in data and record management.
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Conflict management and resolution skills.
