- Full-function payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

- Maintain strong knowledge of Modern Awards, tax, and superannuation legislation to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide advice on pay, policy updates, and entitlements.
- Perform quality control checks and support internal audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- At least 4-5 years' experience in payroll, preferably in a mid-sized or complex organization.
- Strong understanding of payroll systems, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Excel and other payroll/accounting systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
