Site Civil Engineer Job

The job involves working as a member of a site team to achieve successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include implementing quality, WHS, and environmental management plans on all projects.

Additional tasks involve daily project monitoring for toolbox inspections, checklists, documentation, and record keeping, ensuring materials are procured in advance of the construction program.

Key skills required for this role include 1-2+ years' experience as an engineer in the civil industry, ideally within residential subdivisions/bulk earthworks, a current White Card & Drivers Licence, strong commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality standards and practices, excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills, proactive and positive attitude, strong communication and organisation skills.

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or working towards
  • Previous experience as an Engineer in the civil industry, ideally within residential subdivisions/bulk earthworks
  • A current White Card & Drivers Licence
  • A strong commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality standards and practices
