Salary Package

The salary range for this role is $84,870 to $107,279 per year, based on the RN/M2C - Clinical Nurse/Midwife LV2 classification. The position also includes a range of benefits such as relocation financial support, salary packaging up to $9,010 each FBT year, access to Fitness Passport, free public transport for SA Health Metropolitan Hospital Workers, generous leave provisions and professional development opportunities.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity exists for a Clinical Nurse to join the Allergy and Clinical Immunology Unit at WCHN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring patient/client care plans to ensure appropriate care outcomes are achieved, overseeing the provision of nursing care within a team/unit, planning and coordinating services including those from other disciplines, and integrating advanced theoretical knowledge, evidence from a range of sources and own experience to devise and achieve agreed patient/client care outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet set timelines, whilst working under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within the clinical setting.
