">About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer with expertise in capital raising, finance/lending and/or M&A transactions to join our fast-paced team. As a key member of our Capital Raising practice, you will assist our growing client base with a range of exciting capital raises, acting for startups, scaleups and venture capital funds.
">This role offers a unique opportunity to partner with leading startups and venture capital funds on multimillion dollar deals, making a meaningful impact on their growth. You will work with an impressive list of clients at various stages of their lifecycle, from seed/Series A/Series B rounds, debt financing transactions and M&A transactions.
">Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with capital raises, including advising on structuring, documentation and negotiations;">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality legal services to clients;">
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients;">
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure exceptional client experience;">
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients.">
Requirements
">- ">
- At least 2-3 years PQE in corporate law, preferably with experience in capital raising, finance/lending and/or M&A transactions;">
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services to clients;">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively;">
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines;">
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.">
