We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Law Graduate to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As a key member of our Corporate Transactions team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and contributing to our company's rapid growth.

Your Role:
You will assist and work alongside experienced Capital Raising and Corporate M+A lawyers to deliver high-quality work and exceptional client service. Our diverse client base includes start-ups, scale-ups, venture capitalists, government growth funds, angel investors, and venture debt providers. You will be involved in various transactions, including capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, and debt transactions.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conducting in-depth legal research to provide insightful advice to clients.
- Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drafting complex transaction documents and preparing board and shareholder resolutions.
- Preparing ASIC updates and assisting with due diligence processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong academic record, with recent law graduate status and either admission as a lawyer or imminent admission by the end of July.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a desire to grow as a lawyer in an innovative environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
