Transformation Project Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead critical application upgrade and remediation initiatives for our organisation, driving strategic transformation in the property industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute key application upgrades (Salesforce, mobile, web) across multiple projects.
  • Manage external vendors and SI partners through delivery, ensuring successful go-lives and post-implementation support handovers.
  • Coordinate technical and product teams for integration and testing, managing reporting, risks, and cross-project dependencies.
  • Engage internal business teams to define and prioritise requirements, fostering collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
  • A strong background in enterprise application upgrades or digital delivery, with 6+ years of experience as a PM.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce, mobile platforms, and website development, with vendor and partner engagement skills.
  • Experience leading complex technology projects, with ability to operate in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
  • Agile and/or hybrid delivery model experience is an advantage, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity with phased onboarding across key projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be adaptable, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
