Electric Power Project Manager Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead complex brownfield upgrades.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in brownfield infrastructure projects, ideally in energy or heavy industry.
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering (CPEng eligibility ideal).
  • Strong technical capability and project leadership skills.

In this role, you'll be responsible for leading end-to-end electrical project delivery, managing teams, and developing engineering documentation.

You'll work on high-impact engineering projects with respected clients and enjoy opportunities for growth and professional development.

This is a Brisbane-based role with occasional site travel. If you're a motivated engineer with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
  • Lead end-to-end electrical project delivery, from design through to commissioning.
  • Manage a team of Electrical Engineers and mentor junior team members.
  • Develop and review engineering documentation to meet technical standards.
  • Support procurement, commissioning, and quality assurance activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in electrical project management.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and project management skills.
