Job Overview

The role of Data Migration Analyst entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the transition and optimization of SAP S/4 HANA systems.

Key Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing data quality requirements, liaising between stakeholders and technical teams, overseeing migration and transformation of payroll and SuccessFactors data, developing and maintaining data quality reports and dashboards, and coordinating validation testing for integration into SAP systems.

  • Gather and prioritize data quality requirements for SAP S/4 HANA migration projects.
  • Liaise between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on data cleansing activities.
  • Oversee migration and transformation of payroll and SuccessFactors data to optimize system performance.
  • Develop and maintain data quality reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making.
  • Coordinate validation testing for integration into SAP systems to ensure seamless data transfer.

Key Requirements include proven experience as a Business Analyst focusing on data management and cleansing, strong knowledge of SAP systems (S/4 HANA, ECC, HR, FICO), experience with data migration and cleansing tools (e.g., InfoSteward), and Agile methodologies, excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills, and experience in large-scale ERP implementations within government or utilities sectors.
