## Job Description:
At Catholic Early EdCare, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team at St Cecilia's Long Day Care + Kindergarten in Hamilton. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for our children, promoting their social, personal, respectful, spiritual, creative, and confident growth.
### Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with our experienced team to deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
* Develop and implement engaging and interactive learning experiences that foster children's curiosity and creativity.
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children and staff.
### Requirements:
* Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
* Possess a passion for working with school-aged children in a play-based environment.
* Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* ACECQA-approved qualification in early childhood education and care (or in progress).
