About the Role

As a Technical Program Manager at Canva, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Editing Group and Visual Suite Teams. We are looking for a seasoned TPM with a passion for scaling technical programs and leading cross-functional teams to achieve our crazy big goals.

Key Responsibilities

Work with a diverse group of stakeholders to define and deliver key business outcomes
Support team and group leadership in driving goal planning & delivery practices
Ensure clear visibility around all of the work teams are doing (or not doing) and when it will be done
Provide program or project management to support large cross-team and/or cross-continental company goals
Drive core delivery practices across teams to ensure they are operationally set up to scale and are running at optimal velocity

About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced TPM who is passionate about providing an inclusive and psychologically safe environment for our diverse team to collaborate together, in a timely fashion, towards shared goals. You should have a minimum of 5 years TPM experience at a SaaS company with hands-on experience in driving large programs of work. You should also be knowledgeable in technical concepts and an ability to apply them to technical spaces.
