Heavy Machinery Specialist

We are seeking experienced Dump Truck Operators to represent our Production Mining Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery efficiently, safely and competently to ensure maximum output. You will also comply with policies and procedures, respond to instructions from supervisors, position machinery for efficient loading, set and maintain high housekeeping standards, and conduct pre-start checks.
About the Role:
- Operate heavy machinery in a fast-paced production mining environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Respond to supervisor instructions and take direction as required.
- Position machinery for efficient loading and unloading of materials.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards in the workplace.
- Conduct daily pre-start checks on equipment before operation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Dump Truck Operator in production mining operations.
- Equivalent or specific experience operating Komatsu 785 is essential.
- Experience in hard rock mining desirable.
- Valid Australian Drivers License.
- Proven compliance and commitment to health and safety at all times.
