Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead to oversee the Noticing department, ensuring compliance with relevant legislations and fostering strong relationships with internal teams and partners.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Streetworks/Noticing and exhibit exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high standard of numeracy and computer literacy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Noticing team and support Operations to meet delivery targets and drive performance.
  • Audit teams' performance, analysing refusals and modifications, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Manage Jeopardy reports and queues, escalating when necessary, and handle contractors directly.
  • Assess team non-compliance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Strong planning, organisational, and monitoring abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Prioritise work, manage pressure, meet deadlines, and manage expectations.
