About the Farm:

Gulf Cotton has developed 5,000 acres of bankless irrigation and 10,000 acres of broadacre cropping. The farm focuses on cultivating high-yield crops such as cotton, sorghum, forage sorghum, and chickpeas.

Requirements:

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive individual with a minimum of 5 years of farm experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our dynamic agricultural environment.

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years in agricultural practices, with some management responsibilities.">
  • Experience in agricultural development projects (desirable).">
  • Plane licence (advantageous).">
  • Mechanical aptitude.">
  • Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to think outside of the box and utilise a 'big picture' plan.">
  • Innovative thinking to improve processes and solve problems creatively.">
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding team members to achieve shared goals.">
