We are looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee benefits, including superannuation contributions, taxation, and payroll reconciliations.
You will also be required to ensure compliance with legislative requirements across multiple awards and prepare and post End-of-Month payroll reports, including journal entries and leave reconciliations.
A strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and awards is essential for this role, as well as experience with Micropay or similar payroll software.
