Job Title: Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and help us reimagine how people interact with our products. You will work on the AI that powers our conversational experiences, building scalable systems and designing end-to-end journeys that make AI feel intuitive and useful.

  • Job Description: The ideal candidate will have deep experience building and deploying ML-powered products, particularly in conversational AI. They will be responsible for building a flexible and scalable conversational AI platform, fine-tuning and evaluating LLM-based models, and contributing to platform engineering across both ML and backend systems.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications: We are looking for someone who brings a strong bias for action and a product-minded approach to engineering. The ideal candidate will have a passion for keeping up with the rapidly evolving AI space and proactively experiment with emerging techniques. They will also have experience working side-by-side with software engineers, writing code, and solving complex engineering problems.
