Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Clinate Advisory Expert to play a pivotal role in delivering impactful outcomes for our clients and contributing to Australia's decarbonisation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Emissions Reduction Strategies: Develop and implement robust roadmaps, strategies, and action plans for a diverse client base including governments, corporations, and asset owners.
  • Energy Transition Support: Conduct emissions assessments (Scope 1, 2, 3), identify reduction opportunities, and advise on energy-efficient technologies, fleet decarbonisation, and sustainable supply chains.
  • Climate Policy Implementation: Interpret and apply climate legislation, standards (e.g., PAS 2080), and net zero strategies to support client compliance and positioning.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships, identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and contribute to market action plans.
  • Advisory Engagement Management: Manage end-to-end advisory engagements, ensuring technical excellence, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Mentorship and Team Culture: Mentor junior consultants and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
About the Role

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in climate advisory, sustainability, or decarbonisation consulting, with a strong understanding of climate policy, emissions reduction strategies, and energy transition. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, along with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver high-quality outcomes.
