Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute full life cycle recruiting plans, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking within our ATS (Greenhouse).
  • Provide exceptional service to our amazing candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of full life cycle experience in business recruiting.
  • Strong proficiency in pipeline management using an ATS, LinkedIn, and other demonstrated channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Metrics-driven approach to decision making.
