About this Role:

You'll be part of a dynamic team designing and delivering tailored solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.

Working closely with Sales, Delivery, and Consulting teams, you'll scope, architect, and guide the implementation of business-critical systems.

You're a trusted advisor who delivers scalable, commercially sound solutions aligning with business goals and adding real value.

You identify opportunities for innovation, support your peers, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Your ability to adapt, learn quickly, and navigate ambiguity sets you apart in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and specify scalable solutions tailored to client needs
  • Provide pre-sales support including RFP responses, demos, and workshops
  • Lead solution architecture during implementation and mentor delivery teams
  • Conduct scoping studies and business consulting engagements
  • Build strong relationships with clients and software partners
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team development

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years in solution architecture and pre-sales roles
  • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or ITSM platforms
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering complex business solutions
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A relevant tertiary qualification (preferred)
