Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Defence Infrastructure & Advisory business, focusing on weekly and monthly reporting, meeting coordination, documentation preparation, and information gathering.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and provide quality outputs and service.

">

The ideal candidate will have commercial business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and learn administrative support requirements within a technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Provide administrative support for the DIA team and Operations Manager.">
  3. Support management with proposal preparation, management, and quality reports.">
  4. Coordinate staff inductions, timesheets, invoice coordination, training, and quality compliance.">
  5. Assist with project and opportunity tracking and resource planning.">
  6. Support the day-to-day operations of our office.">
  7. Be part of a national Business Administration team and provide backup support to team members in other locations as needed.">

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.">
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Advanced skills in MS Office applications.">
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.">
