Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Security Team Lead to join our organization.

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position that requires excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in vetting processes, quality assurance and team management.

  • Leverage your expertise to lead a high performing team of security analysts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute complex personal security clearance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Meticulously process security clearances while adhering to PSPF and industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough Quality Assurance checks on Personal Security Files (PSFs).
  • Develop and implement effective caseload management strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Government or similar high-security environments.
  • Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting).
  • Leadership skills, including mentoring and leading a team of security analysts.
  • Attention to detail, scrutinizing extensive data for potential security risks.
  • Quality Assurance commitment, upholding high-quality standards in vetting processes and documentation.
