About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our renowned specialist Building Structures group in Canberra. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on landmark projects and contribute to the delivery of innovative and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project lead work across the design, delivery, and tender phases for multi-year/packaged work for turnkey projects.
  • Ensure timely and quality of delivery for project and structural engineering work in support of relevant technical, commercial, and regulatory standards.
  • Handle ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with local clients.
  • Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team.
  • Mentor, train, and develop the careers of junior engineers.
About You

The successful candidate will have typically 6+ years' experience on medium/large Australian building structures engineering projects, with a strong background in steel and post-tensioned design and inspections. You will have a moderate-to-high level of proficiency with software packages such as RAM and RAPT, and a track record of collaborating effectively with other engineering disciplines on projects.
