Position Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to design and optimize advanced IP technology networks for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth network analyses, creating technical documentation, and collaborating with customers to influence their strategic networking decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and analyze advanced network configurations to meet diverse client communication needs and performance standards.
  • Conduct end-to-end network architecture design, including capacity assessments, feasibility studies, and impact analyses.
  • Generate and maintain technical documentation, such as TSD, HLD, and LLD, for operational consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions and ensure compliance with performance criteria.
  • Engage with customers to provide expert advice on network architecture and strategic decision-making.
  • Lead automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency in network operations.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project objectives and professional growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, with 5-8 years of experience in telecom industry focused on IP technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of IP/MPLS Networks, Segment Routing, and Data Center solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Nokia IP Routing portfolio and solutions.
  • Ability to generate technical documentation, including TSD, HLD, and LLD.

Prior experience with Nokia NSP/NFM-P or other vendor NMS solutions, relevant certifications, and hands-on experience with automation tools and programming languages are desirable but not required.
