We are seeking a seasoned Cleaning Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team at our properties in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and motivating the housekeeping team to ensure high cleanliness standards are consistently met
  • Establishing and implementing operational procedures and standards to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Managing employee performance to optimize results and minimize issues
  • Training and mentoring staff to enhance their skills and abilities

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to:

  • Have a minimum 1-3 years experience as a housekeeping supervisor
  • Hold valid working rights in Australia
  • Prior experience in a 5-star hotel environment is highly desirable
