Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive improvements in patient outcomes and advance the field of burns and reconstructive surgery. The Director of Burns position involves leading the development of new models of care for burn patients, mentoring junior and senior clinicians to enhance their skills and knowledge, contributing to statewide service planning and policy development, and developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
