">About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our storage facility.

This is a challenging opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has experience in sales, customer service, and team management.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring that all customers receive a great storage experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations manager to drive centre performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Coach and lead a small team of consultants to help drive business success.
  • Drive operational excellence by focusing on centre presentation and maintenance.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate any matters of support to senior management when required.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in managing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 1 year's experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Proven ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs.
  • Foster relationships with team members and senior management while delivering a supportive and exceptional customer experience.
  • Motivated, proactive, and positive outlook with a willingness to learn and grow with the business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
