Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team at one of our Self Storage facilities. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the day-to-day running of the facility is smooth and efficient.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers
  • Conduct routine site safety checks and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as required
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks and ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handling customer enquiries and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner
  2. Conducting regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues
  3. Maintaining accurate customer and inventory records
  4. Performing minor maintenance tasks to ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as required
