The role of a WHS Compliance Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring that safety standards are met across various projects. This position involves close collaboration with contractors and vendors to guarantee compliance.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors, providing support as needed.
- Evaluate vendor documentation to ensure alignment with our organization's requirements.
- Maintain ongoing communication with trades, contractors, and vendors to ensure site safety compliance.
- Implement initiatives to enhance compliance rates among subcontractors and vendors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- A proactive approach to tasks and demonstration of initiative
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
