Design a better tomorrow as a Senior Design Engineer at our company.
As a Senior Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of cost-effective and sustainable designs while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Develop preliminary, conceptual, and detailed designs for ground improvement solutions that meet project requirements and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop project-specific solutions and provide on-site support to ensure construction aligns with design requirements.
  • Conduct complex numerical analyses for ground improvement, reinforcement, foundations, and retaining walls during tender, design, and construction stages.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, preferably with a specialization in Geotechnical Engineering.
  • At least 6 years of civil engineering design experience with a strong focus on geotechnical and soil mechanics.
  • Proven experience managing preliminary, conceptual, and detailed designs and delivering within tight deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of geotechnical ground improvement techniques including CMC, Jet Grouting, Anchoring, Stone Columns, Vibro Compaction, Deep Soil Mixing, Slurry Walls, Dynamic Compaction, and Grouting.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as PLAXIS and SLOPE-W, advanced to expert-level skills in Visual Basic and Excel.

Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in French is highly advantageous due to interactions with the international design team.
