Your Role

As a Personal Travel Advisor, you will be part of a team of experienced advisors and become a part of the country's largest network of Virtuoso agents. You will research, design, book, and manage every detail of a trip from start to finish, ensuring that every experience is seamless for your luxury clients.

Your Experience

We are looking for individuals with prior industry experience and a passion for travel. As a travel consultant, you will have:

  • Experience working in the travel industry, including experience in leisure travel
  • Prior experience working with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and a sound knowledge of constructing airfares
  • Ambition and confidence to operate your own business within a business, with a focus on delivering exclusive benefits to every client to build and maintain your own repeat and referral database
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a true passion for ensuring every part of your client's trip is unforgettable

Your Benefits

We offer a range of benefits to our travel consultants, including:

  • Guaranteed Earnings for your first six months - equivalent to an annualised salary of $75,000 + super to provide financial security while you establish your own database of curated clientele
  • Uncapped Earnings with a base wage + commissions - currently annual average earnings of $110,000 OTE including super across the brand
