Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished leader to manage our engineering team and drive the development of complex projects using cutting-edge technologies like React, PHP, and Python.

As a seasoned Team Lead, you will be responsible for defining project requirements, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your expertise in coding standards and best practices will ensure the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting their professional growth and adherence to coding standards. Conducting code reviews will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring code quality, performance, and security.

In the short term, you may be required to implement and customize WordPress themes and plugins leveraging your knowledge of PHP, WordPress architecture, and APIs.

  • Proven experience as a Team Lead
  • Strong background in Python Django, React, PHP Laravel, and AWS development
  • Extensive experience in team management and project management in a Scrum-based environment
  • Proficient in utilizing Jira or similar project management tools to track and manage tasks and projects
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, coding standards, and best practices
  • Knowledge of Django and/or Laravel framework and its ecosystem
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React
  • Basic knowledge in DevOps, Github actions or similar CI/CD frameworks would be ideal
