Senior eCommerce Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior eCommerce Manager to drive online sales growth and enhance the digital customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of eCommerce initiatives across multiple platforms, collaborating closely with marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to deliver compelling campaigns and product launches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the online store, ensuring seamless customer experience and efficient workflows.

  • Proven track record in driving online sales growth and optimising digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics, CRM, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of online merchandising, digital marketing, and UX best practices.
