  • Develop and lead the implementation of the Stormwater Works Delivery Policy for proponents in targeted areas.
  • Oversee the creation of flexible planning agreements for cost-effective assessment and recovery.
  • Provide expert guidance on balancing innovation, risk, and exposure in sustainable water servicing solutions.
  • Support technical and planning advice to councils and Integrated Water Cycle Managers on draft Development Control Plans.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in providing strategic guidance on current urban stormwater policies, regulations, and standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategy preparation, plan submission, and report writing relevant to waterways management.
  • Recognized leadership in Policy Development, Urban Planning, Urban Sustainability, or Government administration, with relevant research and best practice experience.
  • Familiarity with greenfield development industry processes.
