About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Manage the delivery of monthly, half-yearly, and annual reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing and efficient finance team to drive business growth.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and maintain cash flow, treasury, and general working capital requirements to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and execute process, policy, internal control, and systems improvements to enhance financial infrastructure and support business growth.
  • Growth Strategies: Support the CFO in growth strategies, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and continued organic expansion, including new international territories.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA, ACA, or CIMA.
  • Experience: 10+ years in a senior finance role with experience managing scale and growth.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and ability to see the bigger picture; excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Track Record: Proven track record in implementing and/or re-engineering financial systems and reporting processes; ERP implementation experience is an advantage.
