Job Title: 2IC for Small Appliances Team

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused 2IC to join our team in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

As a 2IC, you will be responsible for understanding retail management, life at home solutions and driving sales growth.

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Have a passion for retail and a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment

We require:

  • Experience in a customer-focused, successful retail business with a proven track record of sales success
  • A high level of knowledge about Small Appliances products to support customer queries
  • Experience in retail management with an excellent sales track record and the ability to motivate a team
  • The ability to maximize sales, assist with coaching and leading, and motivate a enthusiastic team
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service while managing work tasks around their needs
  • Going above and beyond to resolve customer complaints and make quick decisions to ensure happy customers
  • Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets and drive business growth
  • Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays, and late night trades
