About the Role:

The role involves providing personal care assistance, capacity building, and supporting independence through guidance of decision making. You will work closely with participants to achieve their goals and improve their social inclusion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support participants with personal care routines and activities
  • Provide capacity building assistance where applicable
  • Assist with goal achievement and social inclusion initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Unrestricted Driving Licence
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Check
  • Prior experience working with mental health clients and organisations
