Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, activities, and follow-ups within our database
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in specialty pharmacy or customer service roles
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, email, and web-based platforms
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in high-pressure environments
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results-oriented performance
