Our sales floor is a vibrant and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to engage with customers, answer queries confidently, and work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
- Be knowledgeable about our products and able to answer customer queries confidently.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Carry out moderate to heavy lifting up to 17kg and reach stock shelves safely.
What We're Looking For:
- A passion for the liquor industry and a commitment to providing great customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- An accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, which is a legal requirement for employment selling liquor in Australia.
