Kensington Park, South Australia National Institute of Dramatic Art Full time

Located at the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA), Australia's premier training ground for future leaders and practitioners in the dramatic arts, we are seeking a qualified Lecturer to join our team.

This part-time 2-year contract position offers an estimated annual salary of $114,296 gross per annum + 11.5% Superannuation, based on a 38-hour working week. Salary will be pro-rated to 1-day per week.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering subjects related to cultural futures, transformational leadership, and sustainable creative principles and practices. Working collaboratively with the Course Leader, Cultural Leadership, and industry experts, you will develop and deliver future-focused curricula that reflect and lead cultural sector issues.

Your responsibilities will include developing curriculum and practical training, assessing and providing feedback to students, collaborating with the Course Leader on the administration and delivery of the core second year subject, Cultural Transformation & Sustainability, and mentoring students on capstone projects - Cultural Futures Lab and International Case Study.
