Account Reconciliation and Close Cycle Transformation

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance expert to lead the design of scalable solutions that transform how global businesses manage their close cycles.

  • The ideal candidate will architect and design efficient reconciliation processes, lead end-to-end implementations of these systems, and collaborate with finance and IT teams to optimize workflows and integration points.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement scalable reconciliation solutions to streamline account reconciliation processes.
  2. Lead comprehensive implementations of these systems, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with finance and IT teams to optimize reconciliation workflows and integration points.
  4. Provide technical leadership in configuration, automation, and integration with other financial tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, specifically ARCS and FCCS.
  • Strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes and hands-on proficiency in Oracle FCCS, HFM, and related applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable reconciliation solutions.
  • Significant experience in solution architecture, system integration, and automation within financial close and reconciliation.
