Lead Document Review and Ediscovery Team

AFL Recruitment is seeking a seasoned lawyer to lead our document review and ediscovery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality document review and legal technology services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of document review lawyers and paralegals in delivering quality document review and legal technology services.
  • Collaborate with project managers, lawyers, and technical staff to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in document review and ediscovery, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
