Key Role Overview

This senior leadership position involves overseeing a team of demolition specialists, utilizing remote-controlled equipment in various industrial settings.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory experience, with prior knowledge of excavator and skid steer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team to deliver project objectives efficiently.
  • Manage daily operations, including equipment allocation, staff management, and procurement processes.
  • Report on project progress, provide solutions, and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Assist the estimating team with quotes for demolition works (if required).
  • Maintain plant and equipment, conduct inspections, and ensure workplace safety standards are met.

Requirements for Success

  • Supervisor experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience with excavator and skid steer operations.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, reliability, hard work, and teamwork skills.
  • Driver's license, reliable transport, excellent communication skills, and computing skills in MS Office Word and Excel.
  • Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, including a Drug and Alcohol test.
  • Hold current licenses/tickets for Skid Steer and Excavator (preferred but not essential).
