About the Role

This Financial Systems Analyst role is an exciting opportunity to join WiseTech Global's finance team, where you will be responsible for managing financial reporting responsibilities, ensuring a timely and accurate month-end close process, and analysing monthly results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of financial reporting responsibilities for relevant ledgers
  • Ensure a timely and accurate month-end close process
  • Calculation and processing of monthly journal entries including accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets
  • Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Analyse and provide insightful commentary on the monthly results
  • Preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Support the Group Audit process
  • Apply continuous improvement and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function

About You

We are looking for a highly organised and methodical thinker with experience in an IT or software company. As a professional accountant with a relevant qualification, you will have strong analytical skills and be proficient in identifying, establishing, and maintaining relationships with individuals on a global scale.
